How to change banners on the home page
Want to update your website's storefront with a new banner? In just a few clicks, you can change or add banners to your store's homepage.
Check out the complete step-by-step guide:
1. Access the customization area
In your site admin, go to:
Personalization > Home > Home Sections
This is where you change everything related to your website's homepage.
2. Create or edit a banner
To add a new one: click on “Create simple image section with link”
To change an existing one: click on it and edit normally
3. Configure internal information
Fill in the following fields:
Section name (only you see)
Order (e.g.: 1 = first item on the home page)
Active: leave the checkbox active so that the banner is displayed on the website
4. Add images (desktop and mobile)
We recommend the following formats:
Desktop: 2340 x 600px
Mobile: 1095 x 1095px
*Respect the width, the height may vary depending on the visual proposal.Maximum size: up to 507KB
Upload images in the "Upload images" area:
→ Just drag the files or click on the area above and upload them.
→ Copy the generated links — they will be pasted into the image fields in the home section.
5. Add the redirect link
In the "Link" field, enter the URL where the banner should take the user when clicked (e.g., a category, product, or campaign page, which can be created in the "page manager").

Once you've filled out everything, click save at the bottom of the page—and that's it! Your new banner will be live on your homepage.
